Abstract
What distinguishes the history of Iraq in the royal era is the beauty of that history, which calls for pride because of the affiliation of most of its leaders to the trench of Iraqi unity in word and deed, Saad Omar al-Alwan is one of those figures. This study is not intended to examine the biography of this character, but to examine its relationship with those around it, and its role in the events of that era. Perhaps what I discovered regarding Saad Omar Alwan of the national attitudes manifested in his influence in the Iraqi Council of Representatives presented evidences to write about him.
- The research, entitled "Saad Omar Alwan, his life and political impact in the history of Iraq 1903-1958" included an introduction, two topics and a conclusion containing the most important conclusions, as well as a list of sources. The first topic included his social roots, his family and his study. The second discussed his political role in the House of Representatives and in the ministries of social affairs and knowledge as well as his role in the Lawers union.
