Feasibility study for the construction of a commercial complex in Diyala Governorate

Abstract

This reasearch tries to present a thorough concepts of feasibility study . Since it is cocidered an important  pre-step for any project as the decision makers depend on its results whether to accept the project or refuse it . Feasibility study tries to assess the project in all its components financial, marketing and technological as well as knowing the charesteristics of Feasibility study  and its importance in making the investement disicion . Depending on Feasibility  ; a study is prepared  of constructing a shopping mall in Diyala Province cause the building sector in Iraq is considered as one of the significant sectors in the National Development. Today this sector is under many difficulties which led to its decline and unability to handle the technological development which the world witnesses so the development of it is an important fact.
