Abstract
The current research aims to identify the importance of digital technology in education from the point of view of kindergarten teachers, according to the variables (number of training courses, number of years of teaching experience). The descriptive analytical approach was used, and to achieve the research objective, a questionnaire consisting of (19) items was used, which was applied to a sample of (50) private kindergarten teachers in Deir Ezzor Governorate from the academic year (2024-2025). A set of hypotheses was developed and tested for validity, and the results showed the following: (1) That (76.5%) of female teachers emphasize the importance of developing digital technology for kindergarten children (2) There are statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) between the average scores of kindergarten teachers’ answers to the questionnaire items attributed to the variable of the number of years of experience in favor of female teachers who have teaching experience of (7-9 years or more), (3) There are statistically significant differences at a significance level of (0.05) between the average scores of the kindergarten teachers’ answers to the questionnaire items, attributed to the variable of the number of training courses, in favor of the teachers who followed (10 courses or more). The research concluded with a set of proposals and recommendations.
