هذا البحث يتناول دراسة دور القائد العسكري والزعيم السياسي هيرمان غورينغ في تأسيس جهاز الغستابو، وقد قسم البحث الى مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، تطرق الفصل الاول الى العوامل التي دفعت غورينغ لتأسيس جهاز الغستابو، واوضح الفصل الثاني عملية تأسيس جهاز الغستابو وصلاحياته، فيما اختص الفصل الثالث بأهم الاعمال التي انجزها جهاز الغستابو في المانيا بعد تأسيسه.
