Marriage is the basis of social and family life, but it may occur between problems in the life of the spouses, and family disputes can be resolved and problems resolved through understanding and frankness. And the honorable Sunnah, and arbitrariness may occur in the right of the spouses with a title that entails an interest in them, and its aim is to remove conflict, hatred, hostility and social problems in the family. himself or on behalf of the believer, and it is permissible to lie in the matter of reconciliation between believers.
And the permissibility of oppression in some resources for specific interests, as well as the permissibility of oppression in some cases to treat a specific problem, even if the primary address of arbitrariness is prevention, prohibition and sanctity, but secondary headings arise for that treatment. For example, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is wrong, or to prevent other taboos that the Islamic legislator deems necessary in some way transgressing the truth, such as drinking a bitter medicine that the body does not accept.
We show through the research the legality of abuse in the use of the right of spouses in the Noble Qur’an and the legality of abuse in the use of the right of spouses in the honorable Sunnah.
