The political reasons in Ibn Linkak al-Basri’s poetry constituted an important motive of irony that the poet intends to direct his poetic discourse, taking as a way to expose and expose the rulings practiced by the authority at that time. That era and suffered a lot from it, trying with his sarcastic rhetoric to find appropriate solutions to what the authority is doing towards this marginalized class of poets who have not been successful in their lives to contact those with authority and prestige, which sparked in them a revolution of rebellion, anger and rejection of the conditions and traditions of the era, their loud voices did in the face of these actions And demand the most basic of their rights and create an atmosphere suitable for living in a dignified life of comfort and safety.
