Abstract

This study prepared to spread scientific awareness by tracing the trail of Muslim jurists, and clarifying their sources that they used in the merited issue, and based their deductions on it.

The study concluded that the majority of the Shiite jurists of Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, agreed on the parts of the prayer of the congregation behind the violator of the faith, if he was forced to do it - as in the case of taqiyah - and with its knowledge of non-existence, and some of them is sued fatwas about its students at all, wither he was forced to do it or not, and there are those who he is sued a fatwa to perform it and even arranged the reward for it, and he treated it as the prayer of a full- fledged successor, and as for the jurists of the general public, most of them do not require fairness in prayer, and then the prayer of the follower is rewarding and even acceptable. Here, if the imam is arulet then praying behind him is recompense, otherwise it is not. But the imam is a result of a belief, then it is said: if he is expelled from the religion, the prayer is not valid morally, otherwise.
