Plagiarism Statement
Plagiarism is a process by which a person adopts a set of ideas, inventions and writings of other people by acting on them and bringing them in a manner contrary to the reality in which they originally came, which is a serious violation of publishing ethics.
The Journal of Jurisprudence Faculty relies on special programs to detect plagiarism, and therefore all articles and research submitted for publication in the journal are subject to a policy of detecting plagiarism and identifying the original owners of the works if plagiarism is found, and adhering to the highest percentage, which is only 20% of the percentage of all research resources.
* Research generated by artificial intelligence with a percentage higher than 25% is not accepted.
* The process of detecting plagiarism goes through two ways:
1- Reviewing the article by the editorial board accurately.
2- By means of plagiarism detection programs.
On this basis, such matters constitute a serious matter for the publishing policy followed in the Journal of the Faculty of Jurisprudence.
All new requests to the journal will be examined through the plagiarism verification tool in the journal system:
