Abstract

After a long search and shifting between the holy Hadeeth and schools of educational psychology from the other hand. And we had served for this researching task a group of courses from inductive historical course to analytical course then, comparative once to reach for a group of results :

-1The holy Hadeeth had taken care of a human being build  after treat the society on urbanization and civilization and the industry of the industry of a suit circumstances that's able to encourage the person to complete his capabilities .

 -2Al-Ma'asoom "the leader or Imam" has taken care to build a capabilities of talents that fathers had, because father's build which means find out  a real chance to build other sons or members .

 -3The holy Hadeeth had been focus its looks on the period that represent the important role of a person's in which the first twenty years of his life witness the inventive personality of person .

 -4 The holy Hadeeth divided this period of a person's life into three states and gave each one of then a more suitable treatment of fathers to their sons .

 -5 The first stage is 7 years old of person's life and the duty to leave the child as much as parents can this could grow some of senses and some other necessary qualities in child's future , with focus on the speech for educational once to be in a level that is equal to child's level and live childhood if it possible .

 -6The second stage is from(7-14) years with their duties of education ,discipline and sharing their growing in the family rules , to prepare them for next stage.

 -7The third stage (14-21) its duty is educational friendship to their sons and compulsion to learn the younger in this stage by the way the imitate of doings .

 - 8If sons and fathers have done and be on this course of the prophet "Mohamed" in education , this will lead to grow a brilliant persons who have a capabilities ,by the hints of the holy hadeeth .

 - 9person's looking at hadeeth that reassure their breast from Al-Ma'asoom "imam or leader" p.b.u.h contributed for a high degree in the growing of once creative his capabilities , because of that Imam or leader have a knowledge of people needs or all that had a relative to their complement repair and grow of their own capabilities
