 A quarterly peer-reviewed scientific journal issued by Faculty  of Jurisprudence/University of Kufa/ Iraq, concerned with publishing solid scientific research related to various Islamic, Religions, Human and Social sciences that have not been published, or have been submitted for publication, previously.

• This journal provides immediate open access to its content based on the principle of making free research available to all researchers and readers, with the aim of supporting knowledge at the global level.

The Journal of Faculty of Jurisprudence welcomes all authors and researchers who wish to publish their research on its website, or issue paper print. Therefore, the journal’s administration seeks to intensify its efforts to overcome the obstacles facing researchers from inside or outside Iraq, whether from Arab or foreign countries, and from here it has put forward the following points that The author or researcher should do these things before submitting his research for evaluation and publication:

  • For submitting a request in order to publication via the journal’s electronically, and upload his research in the form of a file (doc) or Word, in which he includes - on the first page - his full name, scientific title, email, and administrative affiliation (place of work), in both Arabic and English.
  • The research must be accompanied by a summary in Arabic and English, regardless of the language of the research. The abstract must include the purpose of  research, its methods, and its most important results, provided that this abstract does not exceed 250 words.
  • The search includes keywords in Arabic and English, no less than five words related to the research topic.
  • The journal's editorial team has the right to determine the date of publication according to the first-come-first-served.
  • The research will not be returned to the researcher if two scientific experts decide that it is not suitable for publication.
  • The research submitted to the journal is subjected to electronic scraping programs, to ensure its originality, and it is not permitted to publish quoted or stolen research, based on the principle of scientific honesty in research or writing.
