The McKinsey model and its role on promoting organizational success

Abstract:
The research seeks to test the relationship and impact between its variables (the McKinsey model, organizational change) in the Najaf Health Department and to demonstrate the extent of their application in the organization under study. The main research problem is summarized in clarifying the role that the McKinsey model plays in supporting and enhancing the organizational success that business organizations seek and adopt. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method, and the data was processed and analyzed using the statistical program SPSS v.26 and the program Smart PLS V.4. The researcher relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting data and information related to the research problem in the organization under investigation. The current research targeted employees in the health department. Najaf, where (75) questionnaires were distributed to individuals working in the organization under study, and (70) questionnaires were retrieved, valid for statistical analysis. It became clear from the results of the research that applying the McKinsey model correctly in business organizations contributes to enhancing the organizational success that business organizations seek to keep up with. Continuous changes in the external environment and achieving the goals you seek efficiently.
