The role of organizational creativity in achieving strategic excellence - an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of managers in the Kufa Cement Factory

Relationship Determining the correlation and impact of organized creativity in achieving excellence, and identifying the most prominent obstacles without achieving this, and the importance of research in highlighting the impact that occurs “organized creativity” through its dimensions (sensitivity to problems, originality, flexibility, fluency, risk and challenge) in “strategic excellence” in its dimensions (Circles of influence, competitive pressure and competitive formation). The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting the necessary data and information, and a sample was tested, represented by the higher departments, heads of departments, directors of people and means in the Kufa laboratory. The arithmetic mean relationship, standard deviation coefficient, coefficient of variation and Pearson's correlation through statistical programs (SPSS V.24; Amos V.23).
