The role of shared leadership in promoting Strategic excellence: An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of faculty members in some universities and private colleges in the Holy Governorate of Karbala

This study aims to identify the impact of shared leadership (an independent variable) on Strategic Excellence (a dependent variable) in the universities and colleges of the research sample. Universities and private colleges in the holy governorate of Karbala) as a field of study, as it is considered one of the most important service and investment organizations in the holy province of Karbala, as the opinions of a sample of (240) were surveyed according to various scientific titles. A set of statistical methods were used for the purpose of testing the correlation and effect relationships, confirming factor analysis, and using the (Spss v.25) program.
The study also presented a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is to exploit everything that leads to high performance, and accordingly it is necessary to exploit the concepts of shared leadership in the mentioned universities in a way that contributes to raising the level of Strategic Excellence
