The Organizational Knowledge and the effect in adopted the organizational innovation in AL- Qadissiya university

This study aims at identifying the impact of the organizational Knowledge on organizational innovation. The study was applied in AL Qadissiya university, distributed (100) questionnaires on the drawing sample teaching staff. The right questionnaire and re-backed was 60.The study was used((spss) V 11.0)to test the Hypothesis and analyzing the result . The study concluded that the both organizational Knowledge (Tacit and Explicit )were having related positive correlation on the organizational innovation and there were statistical significant omong Variables. The study was arrival to some conclusion and recommendation in the may be benefit to the university.
