The research aimed to know the impact of green human resources management practices represented by its dimensions (green employment, green performance evaluation, green training and development) in achieving sustainable development in its dimensions (environmental dimension, social dimension), in the Abu Ghraib dairy factory. In order to achieve the research objectives, a questionnaire consisting of (25) questions was designed to collect primary data from the research sample. The community consists of members of the College of Management and Economics, including administrators and employees. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (45) individuals. The sample was (purposive) consisting of the administrative staff. (41) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis. The research came to the conclusion that there is a significant, statistically significant influence relationship for green human resource management practices in the development dimensions of sustainable development, and this indicates the extent to which the practices of the independent variable (green human resource management practices) contribute to making changes other than the dimensions of the dependent variable (sustainable development), as The overall coefficient of determination (R2) was (41.2%).
