The effect of psychological capital on quality of work life

The current research aims to test the model of the effect of psychological capital on the quality of work-life, based on the opinions of the employees of the Diwaniyah Dairy Factory, consisting of (152) employees, excluding managers through the analytical approach, where the problem of the study was embodied in the organizations’ neglect of the psychological aspect of psychological capital (the variable independent) of its employees, which negatively affected the quality of work-life (the dependent variable) in which the employees work. The research reached several conclusions, including the existence of a statistically significant correlation relating to the dimensions of psychological capital in the factory by spreading hope, optimism, flexibility, and enhancing self-efficacy to obtain the outputs of quality of work life. Providing an excellent psychological atmosphere helps to enhance the working life of employees in a way that provides the organization with a high competitive advantage over other organizations by enhancing training, development, organizational culture, and work-life environment, in addition to providing independence in decision-making for the employee within the framework of his work
