Strategic listening and its role in achieving creative work behavior / exploratory study among a sample of employees working in the Najaf Education Directorate

Purpose: The current study aims to clarify the relationship between strategic listening and creative work behavior / an analytical study of a sample of the opinions of employees working in the Najaf Education Directorate.
Design/Methodology: The problem of the study was determined by a number of questions, the most important of which was (Is there an effect of strategic listening on creative work behavior?) and how important it is to them. What is the nature and level of interest in the education sector, specifically in the investigated directorate? Study population and sample: The study population represented (Najaf Education Directorate) in (Najaf Al-Ashraf Governorate), which numbered (1,300 employees, as the number of distributed questionnaires reached (310) questionnaires. After sorting and verifying the data, the number of questionnaires suitable for analysis reached (283) questionnaires out of a total (290) Questionnaires were retrieved. Practical results: Administrative interest in achieving strategic listening can provide an integrated combination of overlapping and interrelated skills that can contribute to improving knowledge exchange between employees
