Abstract

Globalization and its role in activating human economic and social rights In light of global developments, the international changes, especially globalization, have emerged widely on the exercise of human rights with all the positive and negative aspects of this phenomenon, and the various economic, technological, cultural, political and military tools and means it uses to implement its various vocabulary. The importance of the research stems from the importance of economic and social rights for human beings, which must be enjoyed in light of rapid and important international variables such as the phenomenon of (globalization), so the research methodology focuses on studying and analyzing the applicability of legal texts on economic and social rights of human beings organized by a set of charters, conventions, declarations and international decisions with the applications of (globalization) in its various vocabulary. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The phenomenon of globalization and its effects, reflected and (still) on the exercise of human rights of various because the phenomenon of globalization affects a set of collective rights that include the right to self-determination, the human right to development, and his human right to an appropriate environment, as well as the important and significant developments witnessed by the emergence of the phenomenon (globalization) as the most important stages of advanced human activity in the technological, economic, social, cultural, political and other aspects.
