In order for the tourism institution to be able to control and adapt to the changes that occur in the environment surrounding its work, which allows it to maintain improved performance compared to what it was in the past; It was necessary for it to find a new leadership style that would ensure continuous improvement in performance and keep pace with the changes taking place. For these purposes, several leadership styles emerged, including the transformational leadership style, as it represents one of the appropriate administrative methods for leading change processes in the tourism institution, and thus it is considered a basic pillar.
