Abstract

This research sought to shed light on the concept of organizational citizenship behaviors and reveal the level of their availability in the organization in the field of research, then explain its importance as it is considered one of the basic foundations for the success of the digital transformation process. To achieve the research objectives and test its hypotheses, a questionnaire form was used derived from modern standards that were adapted to suit the environment. Iraq. (84) questionnaires were distributed to a number of teachers at the Technical Institute and the College of Engineering in Amara, which represented the field of research, as the research community numbered (96) teachers. Several statistical methods were used to analyze and test hypotheses. The research revealed that the level of organizational citizenship behaviors It was high, but as for the digital transformation variable, its level was low. The study reached several conclusions, including the existence of a strong, significant correlation and influence relationship between the main and subsidiary research variables, and employing organizational citizenship behaviors by adopting them from leaders to be a good model for everyone and also rewarding those who demonstrate them. Employees adopting scientific, professional methods based on clear standards for evaluating performance and assigning responsibility to those who deserve it based on professional competence contributes to accelerating the process of digital transformation by achieving the foundations of development in the economic, environmental, and social fields using information and communications technology.
