Abstract

The research aims to know the effect of job passion and its combined dimensions in Al-Hamdaniya University in Nineveh Governorate was chosen as a field to conduct the field aspect of the research through a sample of ( 62) individuals who hold a bachelor’s degree or above. The research problem was the rapid changes in All areas that push the organization, the research sample, to confront and keep up with these changes. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data. The research reached a number of result, the most important of which was the presence of a statistically significant moral effect of job passion in enhancing creative performance. In light of this, a number of recommendations were presented, the most important of which was it is necessary to enhance the levels of job passion in the organization, the research sample, because of its importance in enhancing creative performance and thus achieving the organization’s goals.
