Abstract

The current research aims to identify the effect of digital leadership with its dimensions (digital Innovative behavior, digital Supportive behavior, organizational sustainability) in achieving organizational pride with its dimensions (emotional pride, Attitudinal pride).

The research sample consisted of (200) individuals, including department managers and divisional officials, in a sample of Iraqi private commercial banks . To achieve the objectives of the research, the questionnaire was used as a main tool for obtaining data and information, and After investigation of the scale was used a number of statistical methods and tools To validate search hypotheses, such as(mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation, structural equation modeling, and path analysis to determine the effect). The research reached specific conclusions, the most important of which is that digital leadership practices have a positive impact on achieving organizational pride, as they are the key to digital transformation to keep pace with digital changes in this changing era. .and against which was to formulate a set of recommendations that will hopefully be taken advantage of those involved in the current research.
