Abstract

The current research sought mainly to test the relationship between entrepreneurial competencies and digital transformation in government banks, as an attempt to reach an explanation of the nature of this relationship, which was done by surveying the opinions of a sample of commercial (government) bank employees. To achieve this goal, the questionnaire was adopted as a tool. Head of collecting the required data and distributing it to the sample members, their number is (88), and it was analyzed using a number of statistical tests available within the statistical program (SPSS, V.24). The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a relationship of correlation and influence between competencies Entrepreneurship and digital transformation in (governmental) banking institutions and working to enhance entrepreneurial competencies and enable managers to practice them because they are important for the growth and development of banking businesses, and we live in a time of digital transformation that requires departments with competence and digital culture that pushes towards change and benefiting from digital technology.
