This research aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital in improving the quality of university service according to the European Excellence Model, by presenting a proposed model and testing its validity using structural modeling, then testing the relationships by analyzing the correlations and influence between the variables. The independent variable is (intellectual capital). The dependent variable is (quality of university service). This was applied in the university field to a sample of university professors. The research used the analytical approach according to the structural modeling method. A set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which is the positive role of intellectual capital in improving the quality of university service, adopting strategies in accordance with the institutional performance standards of the European Excellence Model is a factor capable of responding to the requirements of contemporary society and achieving a vision capable of dealing with challenges
