Abstract

Organizations in general and universities in particular are currently facing major challenges as a result of the rapidly changing and continuous circumstances. In the face of these challenges, universities, with their operations, mission and goals, have become a result of moving away from paying attention to the practices of super leadership in its dimensions and moving away somewhat from looking at the culture of innovation, which prompted researchers and those interested in this field to think about adopting super leadership practices towards enhancing their overall performance towards the culture of innovation. Here the importance of the type of super leadership appears as a decisive element that contributes to the availability of advisory and communication support, and facilitating personal independence and responsibility, which has an impact on increasing the superior and distinguished standards in academic and service production.
