Abstract

purpose of the study is to know the relationships of influence between employee narcissism and high performance of human resources for a sample of employees in the Maysan Governorate Health Department, the questionnaire was used as a primary tool in collecting information about the study sample of (130) individuals represented by employees in the Maysan Governorate Health Department, Many conclusions were reached , the most prominent of which is the existence of a significant impact relationship between employee narcissism and high human resources performance at the study level , it also presented recommendations , the most important of which was the need to focus on spreading awareness about the narcissism of employees in the organization under study and all organizations.
