The current research aimed to test the extent of the impact of organizational vigilance on the quality of digital transformation among employees at Zain Company. The research was conducted on a sample of (40) employees in the company. The dimensions of organizational vigilance included (interest in confronting failure, hesitation in simplifying explanations, commitment to flexibility, sensitivity towards operations, respect for taking into account experiences) and the dimensions of digital transformation quality included (administrative dimension, technical dimension, behavioral dimension). The data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to the sample members. One of the most important results reached by the research is that the company under study has a great ability to innovate and develop new work methods, which contributes significantly to the quality of digital transformation for electronic services and improves internal efficiency. It has a great impact on multiple aspects such as the quality of electronic service and the digital response to those services, which is evident through the contribution of organizational vigilance to the quality of digital transformation, which reflects the need to enhance the culture of innovation to develop new and more effective digital work methods. The research also provided a number of recommendations that the company under study can benefit from for the impact of organizational vigilance on the quality of digital transformation. The focus must be on the quality of digital transformation by implementing specialized training programs aimed at encouraging digital transformation and developing innovative solutions to the company's organizational problems.
