Abstract

The research aims to identify the level of the relationship between both ethical leadership and distinguished performance through the mediator,job commitment in the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries as one of the important industrial sectors in the national economy,The company was chosen as a research cluster through a deliberate (intentional) sample of (59) individuals represented by(General Manager and his assistants, department managers, factory managers and their assistants),The research problem is summarized around the extent of the impact of ethical leadership in the company and its investment in distinguished performance through job commitment ,The data was collected through, The questionnaire form as amain tool ,The results showed that there is a significant impact of ethical leadership on distinguished performance through the mediator,job commitment in general and at the level of dimensions in the organization under study.
