Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of organizational communication in achieving institutional success in the Medical City in Baghdad Governorate. To achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was distributed to Medical City employees, which included (28) statements distributed across four dimensions. A descriptive approach was used to suit the study requirements. The sample included 250 employees from the population. The sample was randomly selected. Statistical methods were used, including frequencies, percentages, a correlation matrix, regression coefficients, and structural modeling. This study yielded the following results: There is a high level of organizational communication and knowledge management in the Medical City of Baghdad. Knowledge management also plays a positive role in enhancing the impact of effective communication on achieving institutional success, as knowledge management relies heavily on an organization's ability to collect, store, and disseminate knowledge effectively, which enhances the efficiency of operations, decision-making, and success.
