Wise leadership and its role in achieving job enrichment
An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of Employees at an internet companies in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

Wise leadership is the ability to make informed and inspired decisions that lead to the achievement of an organization's goals and the advancement of its employees. Wise leadership relies on job enrichment by providing employees with opportunities to perform diverse tasks and develop multiple skills, contributing to improved employee performance and job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the relationship of correlation and influence between wise leadership with its dimensions (good judgment, understanding the essence of the situation, creating a context of participation, communication skills, enhancing practical wisdom) in achieving job enrichment with its dimensions represented by (skill diversity, task importance, job independence, task identity, feedback) in a number of Internet Companies in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, numbering (6). After reviewing a group of studies and literature, theoretical concepts were written and a model and hypotheses were built based on the dimensions of wise leadership and job enrichment. Depending on the nature of the study and the objectives it seeks to achieve, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, and the questionnaire form was relied upon to collect data related to the field aspect. (125) questionnaire forms were distributed to the research sample of two years in a number of Internet companies in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, and (99) forms were returned, and a form valid for statistical analysis numbered (77). Several statistical methods were used, including Cronbach's alpha to ensure validity and reliability, factor analysis, simple correlation, and structural equation modeling using SPSS-22 and AMOS-22. The results of the research demonstrated a significant positive correlation and significant effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable. There is also an influence of wise leadership and job enrichment in Internet companies. Based on the results of the current study, several proposals were presented regarding the need for Internet Company management to harness practical wisdom and communication skills to enhance job enrichment practices by delegating authority, encouraging subordinates to participate in management decisions, and clarifying how work procedures affect others.
