Abstract

This research aims to measure the impact of strategic planning on organizational performance in Asiacell Company. The research adopted the descriptive analytical method to deal with and classify data through designing a questionnaire prepared for the purpose of collecting data from employees and testing hypotheses, where it was analyzed using statistical methods using the (SPSS) program, by processing it according to the tests that achieve the purpose of the research. The study community consisted of employees in Asiacell Company, where the number of the study sample amounted to (100) employees. The results showed the existence of a statistically significant correlation between strategic planning in its dimensions (vision and mission, analysis of the internal and external environment, implementation of the strategic plan) and organizational performance in its dimensions (internal operations, customer satisfaction). A field study on Asiacell Company. Some recommendations were made in the study, including the need for the company to pay attention to employees working for the company who have experience because they constitute an essential part of the strategic process.
