Abstract

 

This study aims to reveal the extent of the impact of organizational reputation with its dimensions (organizational culture, social responsibility, service quality, innovation) on the dimensions of organizational excellence (effective leadership, clear strategy, customer focus, governance and commitment) in (Baghdad International Airport) The importance of the study comes in that it investigates topics that have a direct impact on the success and excellence of business in (Baghdad International Airport). The analytical descriptive method was used to present the research literature and concepts, while a questionnaire consisting of (53) paragraphs was distributed to (50) samples consisting of: (1- General Manager, 2- Department Manager, 3- Meal Manager) to identify the levels of importance of the variables and the relationship between them by analyzing the questionnaires using SPSS V22. The study came up with a set of conclusions and recommendations, the most prominent of which was the existence of a significant correlation between organizational reputation and organizational discrimination at Baghdad International Airport.
