Abstract

The research aims to identify the role of human resource management practices in enhancing workplace belonging in the health sector. The research was applied to a sample of administrative employees within hospitals of the Najaf Health Department. A model was formulated and tested using statistical tools such as regression analysis and structural modeling. The research reached the most important conclusions: There is a positive impact of human resource management practices on workplace belonging، as good human resource practices create a supportive organizational culture، reduce isolation، and increase group cohesion among employees.
