البنية التحتية لادارة المعرفة كعامل اساسي لنجاح السيناريو الاستراتيجي للمؤسسات التعليمية دراسة تحليلية اكاديمية في جامعة الكوفة

ان التقدم التكنولوجي والمعرفي الذي يمر به عالم اليوم فتح افاقا جديدة في التعليم العالي من اجل تسهيل عملية نقل المعرفة واعطائها طابعا رسميا ونشرها ضمن الاوساط الاكاديمية ، فضلا عن اعتمادها مصدرا اساسيا في اتخاذ القرارات الانية والمستقبلية ، واصبح من المسلم به وبشكل كبير بان المعرفة ترتبط بعمليات الابتكار والابداع والريادة المؤسساتية ، هذا الامر لايمكن الوصول اليه دون بنية تحتية معرفية داعمة توثر بشكل مباشر في رسم السياسة المستقبلية ونجاحها .

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على تاثير البنية التحتية لادارة المعرفة وابعادها في نجاح السيناريو الاستراتيجي للمؤسسات الاكاديمية ، تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة في جامعة الكوفة ، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية من اساتذة الجامعة ،  وتقديم انموذج استراتيجي واختباره من اجل التوصل الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات ، كان اهمها : ان المعرفة اصبحت عامل اساسي في نجاح المنظمات على اختلاف تخصصاتها وانشطتها وتساهم في تحقيق قدرة عالية في التنافسية ، وهذا يتطلب بنية تحتية سليمة وملائمة  لغرض بناء سيناريو استراتيجي ناجح للمؤسسة الاكاديمية.

Abstract

The technological progress of today's world opens up new horizons in higher education, in order to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and give it official character and dissemination in the academic institutions, as well as the adoption of a major source of decision-making in the future , and it is becoming widely recognized that knowledge is linked to innovation processes creativity and institutional leadership, this cannot be achieved without a supportive knowledge infrastructure that directly influences the success of future policy.

The aim of this study is to identify knowledge management infrastructure dimensions and its impact on the success of strategic scenario for educational institutions. This study was implemented at the University of Kufa. A random sample of university professors was selected and a strategic model was presented and tested in order to reach a set of conclusions and recommendations. The most important is: Knowledge has become a key factor for organizations success of with different activities and contributes to achieving high competitiveness, this requires an appropriate knowledge infrastructure for building a successful strategic scenario for the academic institution.
