ممارسة أدارة السلامة المهنية ودورها في تحسين كفاءة الانتاج دراسة ميدانية في مصفى نفط النجف

تهدف هذه الد ا رسة للتعرف فيما اذا كانت هناك تصو ا رت عن مهام وواجبات وحدة السلامة المهنية
في شركة مصافي الوسط\ مصفى النجف و هل هناك علاقة ارتباط بين أداره السلامة المهنية والكفاءة
الانتاجية وما هو تأثير ممارسات أداره السلامة المهنية على تنمية العاملين. وقد تم استخدام المنهج
الوصفي التحليلي للوصول الى نتائج الد ا رسة وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على المقابلات و المقارنة بين
البيانات الخاصة بالمكائن والوحدات العاملة و الصيانات المقامة خلال سنوات البحث فضلا عن
م ا رجعة قوائم الحوادث التي حصلت في المصفى. اظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة ان المصفى يمتلك معرفة ولديه
اج ا رءات في السلامة المهنية ولكنها لا ترتقي لحاجة المصفى فضلا ان النتائج بينت ان هنالك علاقة
قوية بين ادارة السلامة المهنية والكفاءة الانتاجية.
Abstract
This study aims to identify whether there are perceptions, duties and functions
of occupational safety unit in the refinery and oil company Najaf. Is there a link
between the department of occupational safety and efficiency productive
relationship and what is the impact of management practices of occupational
safety personnel development. It has been using descriptive analytical method
to get to the search results and that by relying on interviews and a comparison
of the data with machines and special units operating both maintenance and
built during the years of research as well as a reviewing the lists of incidents
that occurred at the refinery. The come out results showed that the refinery has
knowledge and has procedures in occupational safety but does not live up to the
need of the refinery. Thus, the results shows that there is a strong relationship
between occupational safety and production management efficiency.
