يعد التعرف على مستوى اداء المنظمة من بين المهام الرئيسة للمديرين والمستفيدين منها مما يستوجب عليها الاعتماد على اداة تعمل بتزويد ادارتها بشكل دوري وآني للمعلومات الضرورية حول نشاطات وسير المنظمة وتساعد على اتخاذ اجراءات تصحيحية سريعة وملائمة ، هذه الاداة هي (لوحة قيادة الاعمال). لذلك جاء هذا البحث محاولاً تصميم انموذج مقترح للوحة قيادة اعمال المنظمة تتلاءم مع المنظمات العراقية والذي بدوره سوف يوفر مزايا عديدة تستفيد منها في إدارة وتنفيذ ومراقبة أعمالها. وخرج البحث بمجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات التي تتعلق بلوحة قيادة اعمال المنظمة.

Abstract
