The application of the inventory model in determining the size of the economic batch of production while reducing costs in light of the uncertainty of the demand for the final product

The study aims to address the uncertainty associated with the demand for the product by using the purchase form without a deficit, and also to address the uncertainties that occur when estimating the costs of maintaining inventory for the product or the company products of the study sample. As this issue is the focus of attention of many production and service organizations in different countries of the world that aim to achieve profits and reduce costs, and because the purchase model without a deficit is used to find out the optimal level of inventory quantity, and when we order the quantity. By using the program (WinQSB.V2) to obtain the required results. The study reached a set of conclusions and recommendations. One of the most important conclusions was the dependence of most companies on the opinions of experts and some mathematical methods, which leads to determining quantities of inventory inaccurately because in the market it is difficult to determine quantities The request is accurate in most cases random and ambiguous, and with regard to recommendations, the study touched on the need to adopt scientific methods that contribute to removing ambiguity and the uncertainty associated with the Iraqi production environment.
