The civil aviation institutions in Iraq, the most important of which is the interest of Iraqi Airways, which developed later and became including several institutions, played an important role that we can see through the financial allocations that were allocated to them from the general budget, which in turn witnessed an increase in expenditures, both capital and administrative, as well as in private revenues. After 1974, due to the increase in revenues in Iraq due to the nationalization of oil and the entry of Boeing planes into aviation service.
