The primary aim of the current study was to examine the impact of healthy leadership strategies on reducing negative emotional contagion. This study represents a serious attempt to bridge or narrow the knowledge gap in understanding the nature of the relationship between the study variables by analyzing the nature of their relationship. The analysis was conducted based on the opinions of a sample of health leaders at Al-Furat Al-Awsat Hospital in Najaf Governorate. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was adopted as the main tool for collecting the required data by distributing it to the sample members. The questionnaire was distributed to (95) health leaders, with (72) respondents. The data were analyzed using several statistical tests available within the statistical programs (SMARTPLS and SPSS V24).
