المطالب التربوية الواجب توفرها في المناهج الدراسية لتحقيق سمتي الثقة بالنفس وأتخاذ القرار واثرها على تحصيل طلبة المرحلة الاداعدية

Abstract

التربية عملية تنشئة اجتماعية وظيفتها اكتساب الافراد ثقافة مجتمعهم ,فالتربية اصبحت هي الحياة لارتباطها بحياة المجتمع تؤثر فيه وتتأثر به وهذا يتطلب اعادة النظر في المناهج في ضوء نتائج الابحاث التربوية الجديدة.
وأن عملية التطور للمناهج لايمكن ان تتحقق وفق اسس علمية مالم تسبق بمطالب تربوية واجب تحقيقها للمجتمع .
وقد اشارت العديد من البحوث والدراسات والندوات الى ضرورة تطوير المناهج الدراسية بغية اظهار جوانب الضعف والقوة فيها بأتجاه العمل على تطوير وتحسين نتاجها النوعي وان تتم عملية التطوير من الداخل أي من الذين لهم صلة مباشرة بهذه المناهج بسبب احتكاكهم المباشر بتلك المواد ومعرفتهم لجوانبها السلبية والايجابية مما يعطي للبحث الموضوعية اللازمة في تحقيق اهدافه .
لذا جاء هذا البحث باعدادالدراسة الحالية ,محاولة موضوعية متواضعة للمطالب التربوية الواجب توفرها بالمناهج الدراسية في المرحلة الاعدادية من جهة نظر المدرسين والمدرسات واقتصر البحث عن المناهج التربوية في المرحلة الاعدادية ,للعام الدراسي 2006 -2007 ).
استخدم الباحث الاستبيان اداة لتحقيق اهداف بحثه , وقد تم بناءها في ضوء دراسة استطلاعية لعينة مؤلفة من (10 ) مدارس وبعد التحقق من صدق الاداة وبنائها توصل الى الشكل النهائي للاستباته اذ تكونت من (25 ) فقره موزعة على خمس مجالات هي ( الاهادف التربوية ,مجال المحتوى , وطرئق التدريس ,والنشاطات المصاحبة ومجال التقويم ).

Education is regarded asarocess of social upbringing , whose main function is to make individual gains behavior properties that qualify him to life and societ . Educatoin is no longer mean teaching information for the future life ,it has become life itself and affected it. Scohool in society becomes the only way to move and develop throughout society ,and it has become obligatory to the societies to achieve its objectives and that should help them in achieving the burden imposed on it. That text should not be static but should be flexible to chance and devdlopments .This new view to education requires to be reconsidered in our texts in the light of the new educational and psychological researches ,especially the educational and psychological texts in Fine Arts institutes which contribute to prepare teachers for teaching career ,as well as achieving Research limites :The current research restricted to the following :- The main field which the objective included .- The educational and psychological texts in Fine Arts institutes in iraq.- Teachers of the educational and psychological subject .- The academic year (2005-2007).- Not achieving (25) terms of the of the total terms of the instrument of correcting the educational and psychological texts in Fine Arts institutes distributed into four fields according to the teachers points of view .As for the most important suggestions are :- Making similar studies on the central teacher Institutes and Teachers College .- Making similar studies to correct the educational and psychological texts in iraq from students point f view and
