تأثير النمو السكاني على المعيار المستدام لاستعمالات الارض السكنية في أحياء مدينة الكوفة (ميسان , ميثم التمار , السراي , كندة الاولى) 2022 - 2027

تظهر اهمية الوظيفة السكنية من النسبة التي تشغلها بالنسبة للرقعة المبنية والمساحة الكلية للمدينة , التي تتجاوز في الغالب 40% من مساحة المدينة وهذه ليست مساحة قليلة. وتتمثل مشكلة البحث بأنه هل يوجد تلائم بين الاستعمال السكني والمعيار المستدام , واما الهدف من هذا البحث التحليل الذي يمكن المخطط السيطرة على الاستعمال السكني من خلال تضييق الفجوة بين الاستعمال السكني الواقعي والمعيار المستدام. يعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي لدراسة وتحليل احياء مدينة الكوفة من خلال مقارنة واقع الحال بالنسبة لمساحة احياء المدينة ومعرفة مدى تأثير النمو في السكان على هذا الاستعمال في الاحياء هذه والتنبوء بها لسنة 2027 لتوفير الحاجة من المساحات المخدومة للمناطق السكنية في مدينة الكوفة . ومن اهم النتائج ان النمو السكاني المتسارع وانشطار الاسر لاكثر من اسرة يقتضي بالضرورة توفير مساحات معيارية للسكن المستدام.
