THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL FAIRNESS TO REDUCE INCIVILITY IN THE WORKPLACE

The study seeks to study the study in the study, the study in the study, the study with a questionnaire as a tool for data collection, (244) questionnaires were distributed to a random sample. Correlation and simple regression method were analyzed by statistical programs (AMOS .V.25) and (SPSS v.26) as well as Excel (2007). The study ended with implanting scientific activity, a significant influence relationship, and a significant and inverse influence relationship in (organizational fairness and science). Workplace). The study was presented to the results of the study well presented, and recommends the study to guide and train individuals on the stages of work.
