Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool for measuring the Mindfulness in the workplace . The sample of the study consisted of 118 manager working in Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University in Najaf. The validity of the establishment of the scale was examined through the analysis of the exploration factor, and according to the results of the analysis, the scale measures a structure of three factors. The internal consistency coefficient of Cronbach's alpha was evaluated and this value was greater or equal to (0.7). The results show the validity and reliability that the Mindfulness scale can be used as a valid and reliable measurement tool for studies .
