The strategy of change (between the constant and the variable) a Quranic study

Abstract

The scientific interest in Islamic change is escalating, rooting for its rules and urging adherence to its controls, so we must take the right path, by reaching a scientific approach and correct and clear rules on which planning for Islamic change is based. In fact, the need for such an approach and these rules has become today more important and urgent than Hence, today we are in dire need to benefit from the Holy Qur’an and the Prophets () and their methodology in the process of reform and change, in order to change and reform the conditions of Muslims, and lead them towards Islam and goodness, and deepen the Islamic roots, relations and systems in the Islamic society.
