The current research tests the correlation and effect relationship between human psychological resilience and emotional disorder, as the research problem is the extent of the role of human resilience in reducing the incidence of emotional disorder among workers in Al-Sadr Medical City in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Governorate. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, and (112) were distributed. A sample research form, and the data was analyzed using the (SPSS) program, and a number of statistical methods were used to test the research hypotheses. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a correlation and impact between human psychological resilience and its variables (patience, tolerance, ability to deal with emotions, morale, initiative) and emotional disorder in general. The research ended with a set of conclusions, the most important of which was a clear awareness by The workers in Al-Sadr Medical City due to the importance of human psychological resilience in dealing with auditors, and this in turn contributes to reducing the occurrence of emotional disorder among the employees. For workers in the medical city, flexible work without activating its dimensions of patience, tolerance, dealing emotionally, working with morale and initiative in providing medical and treatment services
