Abstract

Agricultural development in Iraq occupies an important and distinguished place because of its role in the development of the agricultural sector. In developed countries, there was great financial, technical, scientific and technological support by governments to the agricultural sector despite the financial, technical, administrative and technological capabilities possessed by the agricultural private sector. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to provide all forms of support for the development of the agricultural sector and solve the problem of development, due to the greatness of the problems of agricultural development on the one hand, and the weakness of the financial, technical, administrative, technological and information capabilities of the private agricultural sector.
