The effect of time and place on understanding the hadith text of al-Tusi

Abstract

The study concludes that the elements of time and place have a role in the process of jurisprudence, even if the directions differ in interpreting the temporal role in the process of deduction and its impact on the scholars of hadeeth. Therefore, when we presented it in this study, we found a number of sources that the jurists knew about, that time and place have a great role in it. As is the case with regard to the issue of the fifth, which we have dealt with in the last investigations, by applying it through a historical study.
