Flexible thinking and its relation of in teaching skills for history teachers

Abstract:
This research aims to identify the flexible thinking level and it’s relation in teaching skills for history teacher.
The research’s community consists of (947) history teachers (male and female) from secondary schools in Al-Qadisiyah education office, whereas the sample consists of (150) teachers whom chosen according to the stratified random method .
The researcher used the descriptive approaches method, and he supplied two tools ( flexible thinking test/ 30 items) and ( teaching methods / 30 items in planning, applying and evaluating ) The period of applying from 20/12/2020 to 15/02/2021
The results showed that there is positive connection relation between the flexible thinking and effective teaching skills for history teachers (research’s sample) and finally the researcher recommended some recommendations and suggestions.
