Abstract
This study aims to identify the role of scenario planning in achieving entrepreneurship in education, more specifically secondary education. The study sample included (107) teachers in secondary schools for the distinguished and the distinguished. The study used the questionnaire as a preliminary tool for data collection, which was designed based on a set of international standards for the variables of the study after it was adapted to suit the Iraqi environment. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: It is urgent to employ scenario planning in building educational plans and strategies and developing the strategic vision in a sound scientific manner, taking into account the external strategic analysis of opportunities and threats.
