The linguistics investigations in the science of origins are among the important investigations that have been given special attention to the fundamentalists as they are among the tools of linguistic analysis and its preliminaries, on the one hand, and its presence in the introductions to the investigations of the origins - according to their justification - because the linguists did not study it in the required form, or the necessary depth, to analyze their legal texts.

This thesis is one of the important messages that discussed the derivative of the fundamentalists by Sheikh Mirza Abu al-Qasim al-Kalantari al-Nouri (d. 1292 AH), and I verified it to add it to the fundamentalist linguistic library.

The investigation was in stages, including: the author’s life and death, his elders and his students, the scholars’ sayings about it, this is the first part of the preamble, as for the second: it was to define the derivation among linguists in general, and then with the fundamentalists, and we found that there is a ratio that relates between them, which is the generality in terms of .
